Cleveland Browns left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. will be placed on injured reserve after suffering an MCL injury in his right knee, coach Kevin Stefanski told NFL Network Monday.
Wills, 24, will miss at least the next four games but is reportedly not expected to miss the entire season.
Wills was injured in Sunday's 27-0 win over the Arizona Cardinals when running back Kareem Hunt was tackled and landed on the back of his right knee. He was carted off the field with his leg in an air cast and did not return.
Wills has started all eight games this season. He has made 53 starts since the Browns drafted him 10th overall in 2020.
The Browns have been without starting right tackle Jack Conklin since he incurred a season-ending torn ACL knee in their Week 1 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Either James Hudson III or rookie Dawand Jones is expected to play left tackle in Wills' place. The Browns (5-3) visit the Baltimore Ravens (7-2) on Sunday.
