The highly anticipated release of Babygirl, starring Nicole Kidman and Harris Dickinson, is finally upon us. To celebrate the occasion, you know Kidman was going to put together an awe-inspiring look for the red carpet. She wore a dress shrouded in pink and white roses and opted for a makeup look that perfectly accented it.

Celebrity makeup artist Kate Synnott channeled an “English rose” look for the premiere, highlighting feminine and classic English makeup. The main focus was radiance, and you can see that shine through.

Skin prep is key when skin radiance is the star of the show, so Synnott began with Beauty Pie Superluminous Skin Glow Filter Tinted Hyaluronic Complexion Brightener ($42). “This really enhances the skin with a creamy shine. This tinted glow filter is so luminous on the skin in-person and works beautifully for red carpet too,” she says. “I like to keep it to the highest points of the face, like the cheekbones, bridge of the nose, and brow bone—not too much around the T-zone as I don’t want that part of the skin super shiny.”

To even out Kidman’s complexion, Synott used the Everyday Great Skin Hyaluronic Blur Concealer ($25) in shade 100 Ivory around the nose, under the eyes and other parts of the skin that needed a bit more coverage. Pro tip: Synott says the best way to apply the concealer is with a damp Flawless Foundation Blending Sponges ($29 for 10).

To further illuminate the skin, Synott used the Triple Beauty Luminizing Highlighter Wand ($21) on the cheekbones, bridge of the nose and brow bone for “the perfect red carpet glow.” Then she went in with the Quick Colour Contour Supergel ($27) in Light. “This is so good for really sculpting the face without looking like you’re wearing a lot of makeup.”

Then came all the rose accents, including Wondercolour Longwear Cream Eyeshadow Stick ($24) in Pink Velvet, Supercheek Cream Blush ($25) in Universal Pink and Futurelipstick Luxe Shine ($20) in Naked Pink, which Synott calls the hero product of the look. “It is such a wearable baby pink lipstick that stays on and really lasts.”
